We're looking for a Head of Account Management to be responsible for leading all aspects of Mamenta's brand partner go-to-market strategies. Core responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, managing a team of eCommerce professionals, and leading special projects related to expanding the Mamenta's business model or increasing operational efficiencies.
What You'll Do
Directs brand management team
Leads the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
Manages day-to-day marketplace operations and execution
Serves as a marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers
Evaluates competitive landscape and develops strategies to maximize business growth
Leads all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners
Ensures the highest levels of operational execution
Partners with Operations team to ensure optimal in stock and inventory position
Partners with Advertising team to develop brand specific advertising strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
10+ years of experience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts
10+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more associates, western-based company preferred
