We're looking for a General Manager to oversee financial, operational, and all aspects of customer requirements including but not limited to productivity, customer service inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs at the facility. This position is accountable to provide leadership and development of associates, safety, human resource programs, and metrics for our US operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related program
  • 10+ years supervisory or managerial experience, western company preferred
  • Experience managing P&L and accountability to make effective decisions
  • Excellent relationship skills, especially with employees and customers
  • Outstanding, executive-level communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • A hands-on management approach that encourages change and creative problem-solving
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
  • Willingness to work significantly extended shift hours based on business need
